Juliet Tang Fulfillment Policy
Definition of Past Due Payments:
Payments are considered past due (2) business days after the due date. If your initial payment fails, Stripe will attempt to collect payment again 48 hours after. If the second payment fails, a new payment arrangement will need to be created.
Past Due Payment Policy:
Once your payment is (5) business days past due, your access to live mentorship from Juliet Tang will be tentatively revoked until payment is received. This includes removal from online groups, zoom calls, or any other spaces in which the private mentorship extends. After (7) business days, you will be permanently removed from the program. The company reserves the right to collect missed payments and may charge additional fees if the past due payment is considered egregious.
Chargeback Policy:
If you have been permanently removed from any Juliet Tang programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered.
False chargebacks or disputes towards Juliet Tang via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 7 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block.
Delivery and Fulfillment:
All orders submitted are understood to be digital orders. Digital delivery and access to the order will be sent to the customer’s email used at purchase. Programs, courses, and other digital services are hosted in Kajabi. In order to access your orders, please login here: https://juliet-tang.mykajabi.com/login
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds, transfers or cancellations. Juliet Tang does not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for the program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.
Cancellations:
For our 12-month live mentorship program such as Feminine Codex, we understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. In the rare event that you must withdraw from a program of this nature, we invite you to submit a cancellation request with the reason for withdrawing from the program at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to ensure it is processed in time to prevent further charges. Requests received after this period will be processed for the following billing cycle, which may result in an additional charge. This request is to be submitted to [email protected]
These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision at the discretion of Juliet Tang. For any refund that is processed, an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed to cover processing costs.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Juliet Tang reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and your continued engagement with our services and products indicates your agreement to these terms.
